Questions we hear most
A short answer to each. If your question is not here, write to us and a clinician will reply.
The clinical team and the treatment pathway are explained during consultation. The consultation, planning and aftercare pathway is designed to provide clear continuity of information and communication.
Pricing depends on individual assessment and the technique selected. A written plan and itemised quotation are provided after consultation, before any decision to proceed.
Natural-looking results depend on conservative design, individual planning and realistic expectations. Outcomes vary between individuals and are discussed openly during consultation.
Transplanted hair commonly remains over the long term, but outcomes vary between individuals. The longer-term picture, including any further treatment that may be considered, is discussed during consultation.
Payment arrangements are discussed during consultation, after a clear written quotation has been provided. We do not pressure patients to commit at the first appointment.
Your enquiry is handled discreetly and in line with the clinic's privacy process. The specific use, storage and retention of personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Technique selection is consultation-led. None of these techniques is automatically the best. The right choice depends on hair characteristics, donor area, hair-loss pattern, medical context and personal goals.
In some cases medical or non-surgical pathways are more appropriate than surgery. Options are discussed openly during consultation, before any decision to proceed.
Consultation may take place in person or remotely where appropriate. The structure of the consultation pathway is the same in either case.
If a case falls outside our specialist scope we will say so, and where appropriate we will signpost where suitable care may be found. We treat this as part of medically responsible practice.
When you are ready, we are here.
A consultation is a conversation, not a sales meeting. Suitability is assessed individually.
