Suitability assessed individually
Each case is reviewed before recommendations are made. We do not promise treatment before assessment.
01Patient safety
Safety is not a marketing claim. It is a small number of decisions repeated without exception: suitability assessed individually, treatment recommendations made after assessment, and a documented approach to declining cases that fall outside our specialist scope.
Each principle below applies to every enquiry, not just the ones that proceed to treatment.
Each case is reviewed before recommendations are made. We do not promise treatment before assessment.
Treatment options are explained clearly, including realistic limitations and alternatives where appropriate.
Enquiries and clinical conversations are handled with discretion at every stage of the pathway.
Recommendations sit with the clinical team that consults with you, not with sales staff.
Patient information is handled with discretion and in line with applicable data-protection requirements.
When a case falls outside our specialist scope, we say so — and signpost where appropriate care may be found.
02Risks and limitations
Hair restoration is a clinical procedure. All procedures carry risks and limitations, and outcomes vary between individuals. Risks, alternatives and expected limitations are discussed openly during consultation, before any decision to proceed.
03Declining cases
We decline cases that fall outside our specialist scope, and signpost where appropriate care may be found. Declining a case is part of medically responsible practice, not a sales decision.
04Data protection
Enquiries and clinical conversations are handled with discretion. The specific use, storage and retention of personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
A consultation is a conversation, not a sales meeting. Suitability is assessed individually.
